Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Everyone deserves to work on products that will be used, enjoyed, and loved – products that matter. Its Productboard's mission is to help product makers across the globe create exceptional products that deeply resonate with customers. With Productboard’s customer-centric product management software, every team can make products that matter – together. To help us with this mission, we’re looking for a results-focused product marketer who brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, creativity, collaborative spirit, and a get-it-done attitude. You’ll be in the center of it all – developing go-to-market strategies, crafting differentiated narratives, influencing the roadmap, bringing products and features to market, and enabling customer-facing teams. You’ll have significant influence across product, marketing, sales, success, and leadership and will play a pivotal role in accelerating Productboard’s adoption and revenue.

What you’ll do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Productboard’s new products and features, with a focus on driving business growth, user engagement, and adoption.
  • Drive positioning and messaging for existing and new features and products to showcase the power and value of Productboard.
  • Craft differentiated narratives and value props for our target personas, informed by user research, competitive intelligence, and product insights.
  • Be the expert on Productboard’s products, use cases, and market and represent the voice of the customer to influence go-to-market strategies.
  • Be a trusted partner to the product team and relay customer, sales, and market insights to inform product roadmap decisions and strategy.
  • Enable our customer-facing teams through impactful enablement, messaging, playbooks, and tools to help them reach new revenue and expansion goals.
  • Partner with the broader marketing team on campaigns to drive new business, product adoption, and expansion.
  • Design effective packaging and pricing strategies by researching and analyzing market trends, customer pain points, and sales insights.
  • Build and scale repeatable programs and processes that support the growing team.

About You

  • 5 years of related experience (marketing, product management, operations, or strategy), with 2 years of product marketing in B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • A gifted storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills and an eye for good design who can succinctly translate technical features into customer benefits that resonate deeply with external and internal audiences.
  • Structured thinker with a demonstrated history of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and mobilizing teams that span functions.
  • Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude who can navigate ambiguous situations and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, hyper-growth environment.
  • Team player who builds relationships across functions and can influence without authority.
  • Creative energy, courage to throw out the playbook, and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Technically savvy with regards to our products, solutions, and industries we play in or capable of learning very quickly.
  • MBA a plus.

If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, we still encourage you to apply!

You can look forward to the following benefits:

💰 Competitive compensation, stock options, company 401k

📚 A budget for your professional development and ongoing learning

🏝 4 weeks of paid vacation and paid sick days

💛 1 Volunteer Day per year for you to help causes close to your heart

🍀 Mental Wellness Program to support your well-being and self-care

🏋 Company contribution to gym and wellness memberships
