ProCo, LLC is Hiring a Customer Experience Representative Near Marietta, GA

Position Description

Have you ever been described as outgoing, engaging, good with people? Do you enjoy talking to people and providing great customer service? How is your phone presence, are you comfortable having tough conversations over the phone? This might be the position for you… We are looking for an Attorney Liaison to work in our Attorney Collections Department. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating and interacting with attorneys’ offices, insurance carriers, patients and others to make sure we have the proper information.

If you are looking for a position with stability and growth opportunities, our company prides itself in offering both as we are ever expanding our medical team and patient base. We offer flexible working hours and do not issue mandatory overtime. Paid holidays, PTO, medical, dental, vision benefits, and more are all provided by the company. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Position Duties

  • Continued follow up with attorney offices, insurance companies and others to obtain case status, insurance information and claims status
  • Follows up with attorneys’ offices on payment status of negotiated balances
  • Update’s patient accounts with current and accurate information to allow for successful verification and correct billing
  • Update’s attorney offices with treatment status and current patient balances
  • Other duties as requested of the department manager

Required Skills (What you must have):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years’ experience with attorney collections (this is an entry level position)
  • 1-3 years customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and grow

Desired Skills (What we would like for you to have):

  • At least 2 years of college
  • Fluency in Spanish (conversational)
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology
  • Previous experience with Personal Injury work
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Work well under pressure
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Organized and team oriented
