Position

The Office Administrator works as clerical support within the construction safety department. This position will perform a variety of office-related duties and requires someone who is flexible and able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

-Pay range: $12-14 per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry
  • Invoicing
  • Handling claims
  • Developing and/or re-creating forms and reports
  • Electronic/physical filing and copying
  • Answering phone calls/taking messages
  • Managing Excel spreadsheets
  • Technical writing
  • Customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • A high school degree or GED required 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
  • Background in clerical work and/or data entry required
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to undergo a background check and pass a drug test(s)
  • Ability to reliably commute to the office
