The marketing specialist will undertake the daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities. Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects. Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires. You will be integral in developing and executing marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts,  principles, and tactics.

The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Create weekly ads for the sales department and Coordinate special events
• Planning and organizing internal events
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
• Communicate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaign
• Helping identify marketing trends and critical opportunities for innovation.
• Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
• Working closely with the sales and marketing department.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, texts, postings for google AdWords, and our social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.)
• Assist in analyzing marketing data and maintaining a marketing database
• Prepare and create content for the monthly newsletter and blog
• Prepare reports to a supervisor. (Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports with progress, goals, and objectives).

Requirements

• Well-organized and detail-oriented 
• Exceptional communication and writing skills 
• Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role 
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as /Social media etc.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Needs to be able to lift 30lbs as needed. (Outdoor Canopy, 6ft foldable table, etc.)
• Must have reliable transportation as you will be driving to multiple locations a day
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and applications (Google)
