Pro-Tech Staffing is hiring in the DFW Metroplex! We are currently seeking a Cable Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will report to the VP of Operations. Coordinate production between departments. Interface with managers and customers regarding status of production. Assist in labor resource planning and personnel reviews. Responsibilities: * Maintain production schedule and associated documentation. * Assign job tasks to and prioritize each department daily. * Handle any employee questions. * Monitor job performance of employees daily. * Initiate disciplinary procedures. * Resolve any personnel conflicts. * Maintain tool inventory. * Perform frequent internal audits. Qualifications: * Minimum five years job related experience. * Must possess knowledge of electronic manufacturing methods, quality and workmanship standards. * Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. * Ability to direct and supervise personnel.
