Summary:

Plan, organize, lead and participate in the operations and activities of the Warehouse; train, supervise, and direct warehouse support staff. The Warehouse manager oversees the Receiving, Material Handlers, Inventory and Staging teams.

Pay Range for the Warehouse Manager is $75K to $90K annually.

Essential Functions:

• Manage functional teams to support Manufacturing.
• Oversee receiving materials that adhere to INW Proform Standards.
• Manage Material handling and Staging teams to align workload to schedule.
• Root cause analysis and problem resolution for Warehouse operations.
• Serve as liaison with all internal and external partners for daily operational activities.
• Track, analyze and communicate key performance metrics.
• Responsible for internal communications and presentations related to key performance metrics, program updates, and on-going program information.
• Analyzes performance utilizing technology and network trends and implements changes in department as appropriate.
• Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Experience managing a warehouse
• WMS experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various management levels, and across multiple regional and geographic locals. This includes day to day interaction with Liaison office personnel
• Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, project management tools)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Understanding of safety rules
• Experience with Great plains or other ERP a plus.

Education/Experience:

• 3-5 years warehouse experience.
• 2-3 Management experience.
• cGMP experience.
• High school graduate.
• Food safety experience.
