What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant position at Pro Band Sports Industries, Inc?

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to executive team members
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and transcribe correspondence, memos, and other documents
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Coordinate and schedule conference calls and meetings
- Assist with document management, including scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork
- Utilize software such as Quickbooks to prepare payables
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support as necessary
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Zoom and Teams to schedule appointments and manage executive calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
