- 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 13 week contract
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Patient Records
- Perform Physical Exams
- Order/Perform Diagnostic Tests
- Prescribe Medications
- Develop Treatment Plans
- Ability to prescribe suboxone for addition necessity
Facility:
- Addiction Treatment Center
Certifications and Requirements:
- Current DEA
- Current NPI
- Must have a Colorado License or a compact Nurse Practitioners License
Salary:
- Starting at $4,300 a week for the travel package
