FYI:this position is remote supporting EST work hours and we are targeting recruitment of candidates who reside in New York, New Jersey, or Florida (our current east coast operating states). This role will support our east coast office sites in New York & Florida.

As an IT Specialist, you will be assisting and mentoring your colleagues in resolving technical matters as it relates to networking, hardware and software issues. 

About you

• You have a minimum of five (5) years experience in a IT Support Role
• Strong proficiency with macOS 10.15 and up
• You have admin experience with:
  • Google Workspace
  • OneLogin
  • Sentinel One
  • Bomgar
  • JAMF Pro
  • Zoom
  • Cisco Meraki
  • VOIP systems

• Automation and scripting experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to learn new skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately
• Adapting and handling other duties as assigned

What will you be doing in this role?

• Software and hardware troubleshooting for end users via phone, email, remote, or on-
  site
• Provide technical training on software and hardware
• Responsible for creating and/or updating documentation on processes implemented
  across technology operations
• Performing onboarding and off-boarding duties
• New device provisioning and deployment
• Coordinating repair of hardware devices for retrieval and return to end users
• Inventory tracking of computers, mobile devices, and peripherals for multiple locations. • Oversees the replenishment and procurement of inventory across our locations
• Performs installation, maintenance, and reporting of cybersecurity applications
• Works with Office Managers in our locations to provide status updates on new and
  existing process changes that affect technology operations in their respective offices
• Assists in streamlining processes that enable achievement of goals
• Travel to other office sites are required
