We are looking for a full-time customer service representative that is self-motivated, positive and has experience speaking with people over the phone. This role will entail keeping customers updated through the process from contracts signed to their roofing installation.

The ideal candidate must be organized, have attention to detail, good time management skills and prior experience in a customer service role. We are also seeking someone who has worked in the energy or roofing industry

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and processing outgoing calls to homeowners
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Arranging appointments, conducting follow up calls and maintaining communication with customers.
• Data entry (permit filing and information, job photos, invoices etc.)
• Identify and follow up with customers on outstanding account receivables.
• Submitting permit applications to various county offices.
• Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Managers and other Premiere Roofing team members.

Skills:

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Must be driven and determined
• Flexible on schedule
• Solar experiences preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
