We are seeking a reliable, self-starter to join our Operations team in the Tampa Florida area! Our Quality Assurance Manager will be in charge of traveling from The Villages to Naples to inspect buildings. You will be ensuring that the scope of cleaning exceeds standards and building a professional relationship with clients and tenants. Our clients are number one, and the Quality Assurance Manager will ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Traveling to buildings in West Central
• Performing inspections in accordance with the Quality Assurance Program
• Take inventory of cleaning supplies and record count appropriately in inspection form
• Be in close contact with Facility Managers, Operations Managers
• Be in close contact with Sub contacts and employees at each building

• Handle work tickets for your specific buildings

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with the law
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record (Imperative, as you must be eligible for our insurance)
• Work well when supervisors are not present
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

While Quality Control and Janitorial experience is preferred, we will provide training to the right candidate!

Our company will provide a Car Allowance for all travel in addition to the Salary.
