State Farm Arena is hiring an Event Supervisor that is Bilingual in English/Spanish Hours 5 pm to 11:00 pm

The Event Shift Supervisor is responsible for all administrative responsibilities for a designated shift, in addition to filling in as a General Cleaner when operation calls for the Shift Supervisor to perform those duties. To assure the cleanliness of the facility and ensure maximum service and quality standards are achieved.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

1. Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for Event Shift.
2. Control labor hours and labor, materials, and equipment costs.
3. Communicates acceptable productivity, safety, and quality standards and enforce same.
4. Ensures all supplies, equipment, and labor are available to complete assigned tasks.
5. Provides employee training and communicates company/client policies and procedures.
6. Conduct walk-thru inspections of the facility throughout the length of the shift.
7. Conduct in-service meetings with Team Leaders and employees.
8. Responds to requests of the client.
9. Reports all accidents and injuries or incidents immediately.
10. Responsible for human resources concerns during assigned shift and is also in charge of training, employee evaluations, and disciplinary/action reports.
11. Maintains records for assigned shifts including sign-in/sign-out forms, equipment allocation, labor reports (billing sheets), time cards, inspection reports, teamwork schedules, and safety reports.

Hourly Pay Rate $21.00
