Custodian – Immediate Hire
Job Summary
The Custodian is responsible for performing building maintenance, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Job Requirements
·7.5 hours daily; shift 3:00pm to 11pm
·Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
·Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
·Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
·Janitor experience a plus but will train
·Benefits and competitive rates are offered.
