Who our client needs:
An ally willing to take on challenges and pave the way for this leader to focus on the high-value tasks that only they can complete this Executive Assistant will operate with enthusiasm for in-depth calendar management, event planning, and coordination of social media engagement. Not taking “no” for an answer, finding the why, and developing solutions when it comes to complex meeting management, travel planning, and vendor management.
This role is for the human who flourishes when taking on tasks and projects with the main objective of clearing the leader's calendar and coordinating the remaining time to increase capacity and productivity on the leader’s behalf. This may require some tenacity on the part of the Executive Assistant, assuring this CEO that it is in their best interest to release the reigns. This leader is not one to create a task list for their Executive Assistant, they are looking for an Executive Assistant who will create a task list for them, and ensure the deadlines are met.
Ideally, this Executive Assistant will be located near the DMV area however the role is fully remote. Work hours are flexible and allow full autonomy as long as the Executive Assistant is responsive and performing at a high standard. This opportunity will require some travel, more importantly, detailed travel planning and itinerary management including scheduling entertainment, meals, venues, etc. These times will require that the partner in this role is available to support in a 24/7 capacity, while rare it is an important aspect of this position.
