As an Infant Teacher at Primrose School of Lake Norman, you’ll create a fun, safe environment for infants to discover new concepts with confidence through multi-sensory learning experiences. As a baby's first teacher, you will facilitate exploration and growth in the most important first skills for the children including rolling, crawling, sitting, eating, etc. As infants begin their first experiences at school, the loving and nurturing environment is crucial, and the teacher creates that environment and sets children up for success.
Developmentally appropriate curriculum is prepared and teachers have the flexibility to individualize lessons to meet students' educational and physical needs. Support is provided to teachers by an education coach to ensure that teachers feel prepared and confident in implementing the curriculum to meet the needs of the babies in the class. Make a difference every day.
- Day Shift 9am-6pm
- NO WEEKENDS
- Paid on site training
- 1 hr breaks daily

Your days teaching preschool students will include:
- Building genuine relationships with each child
- Tending to infants' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
- Working with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Maintaining a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence
- Discovering what works best for each student as you teach them about the world around them
