PRIMOS CAFE is Hiring a Resource Manager Near Flowood, MS
Tired of the late nights, always working on weekends and holiday, but you still love the restaurant business? This could be the opportunity for you - Primos Café is looking for a Resource Manager to assist at our three locations in the Jackson area. As the Resource Manager, you would work where needed. This could include covering a manager while they enjoy some time off, helping with inventory or simply covering management shifts where needed. This position will be multi-functional, working in back of house helping to control food cost while ensuring Primos food quality remains high; work in the front of house with take away, ordering and the dining room experience and also helping with administrative functions and special projects. This position requires a truly well-rounded restaurant manager.
If you have three (3) or more years of restaurant management experience with at least one year working in both the back and front of house; have excellent time management skills; understand the importance of southern hospitality; have experience in inventory control and management; have managed at least 20 team members at a fast-paced restaurant, this could be the job for you! This position requires someone who is able to “jump in” where needed and is comfortable working in different roles at different locations – if you want the same thing day after day – this job isn’t for you.
