About the opportunity:
We are seeking a strong Leasing Consultant. Our beautiful property with 630 units. We prefer applicants with one year of relevant experience in a similar role. Work Schedule includes working weekends.
What are some of the responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant?
- Warmly greet prospective residents
- Qualify and determine the needs and preferences of prospects
- Professionally present community and specific apartments
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them accordingly
- Promptly respond to leads via phone or email to schedule a tour

Requirements:
- We prefer applicants with one year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Superb customer service experience
- Able to work on weekends
- The ability to close the sale!
- A positive attitude
- Experience with RealPage/OneSite is a plus!
- A valid driver's license
