Prime Occupational Medicine is Hiring a Project Management Specialist Near Baytown, TX

Description

PRIME is seeking a Project Management Specialist who is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project Management Specialist plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision. Project Management Specialist work within the Project Management Process to provide clients with deliverables on schedule and within budget. Project Management Specialist are needed on a wide variety of projects including remote, offshore, construction, and concierge projects

Project Management Specialist directly report to the Director of Projects and work hand in hand with executive level Project Sponsors.

Requirements

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Lead, manage, and be accountable for employees assigned to the project including payroll entry, employee management, and performance management
  • Conduct training and orientation for new employees assigned to projects.
  • Interact and coordinate with Client representatives to ensure the project is executed in accordance with the Scope of Work and client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Track progress and services performed to ensure project reimbursement

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Experience in emergency or occupational medicine and the delivery of care in remote or austere non-clinical environments
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
