Premiere Westchester County Property Management Firm is looking for Residential Property Managers with a minimum of 3-5 years Co-op / Condo management experience. The candidates will be responsible for a portfolio of properties located in Westchester County. This position requires a highly organized, computer literate, self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills. The candidate must have experience managing both Co-op and Condominium properties. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interacting with Owners, Board’s, Residents and Contractors.
• Attending evening Monthly Board Meetings and presenting recommendations for financial and maintenance cost saving measures
• Conducting Inspections and assessing a property’s present and future needs.
• Supervision of both Union and Non-Union employees.
• Planning and Implementing Budgets
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and property management software.
• Monitoring resident billing and lease info.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and on weekends
• Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
