The Contract Analyst will ensure compliance with corporate policies regarding payment and contractual allowance verification with all payers by managing the software systems that contains all payer contracts and calculations of expected reimbursement. The Contract Analyst will provide decision support to management as needed for new and or changing reimbursement rates. The Contract Analyst will review contract terminology and concepts and analyze data to ensure contract performance. Supports strategies for maximizing contract reimbursement and value. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns within contracting to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $49,920.00 to $93,600.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
