Description

As a Family Physician with Primary Health Solutions you will have the opportunity to:

• Practice family medicine as an active member of our high achieving integrated care team. Our model allows for practitioners to care for the whole patient and implement a patient plan that leads to better outcomes for the patient with the added services of Behavioral Health, Dental, Vision, Women's Health, WIC, Care Coordination, Population Health Management, Expanded Access Express Care, as well as on-site XR and lab services.

Requirements

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy.
• Board certified in one of the primary care specialties.
• Current State of Ohio Medical license.
• Clinical teaching experience and private practice experience desirable.
• Two years experience working with indigent populations and community based programs preferred.
• Pediatric Residency Preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Ohio Medical license; Board Certification in a pediatric care specialty.
