Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC): Quality primary care is at the center of vibrant, thriving communities, helping keep families healthy and connected to important resources, children ready to learn, and adults able to pursue education and participate in the workforce. Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC) is a mission-driven, nationally recognized 501(c)(3) organization and U.S. Treasury certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to expanding and transforming primary care in underserved communities through strategic community investment, capacity building, and policy and advocacy. PCDC has a 28-year history of investing in communities and providing technical assistance to increase access to quality primary care, advance health equity, improve health outcomes, and reduce costs. Our key policy priorities include increasing payment for and investment in primary care, and strengthening the primary care workforce in disinvested communities through capital investment and other support. PCDC has approximately 50 full-time and 3-5 part-time staff-members. Finance & Administration Team: The Finance & Administration Team oversees PCDC’s formulation and execution of financial strategy and oversees management of all administration functions. Human Resources Role:Concentrate on the human capital of PCDC and the necessary details that allow the rest of the organization to accomplish their goals with the utmost efficiency and manage risk. Including talent management, diversity, compensation, benefits, professional development, legal compliance and strategic planning. |

Minimum Knowledge | Requires thorough knowledge of a specialized, technical, or scientific field. May compile objective and measurable data and produce reports. May require operating knowledge of computer equipment, OR may require broad knowledge in clerical or service areas. |
