Reporting to the Sr Manager Digital Ops, The Marketing Data Analyst will play an integral role on the Snap One Digital Operations team providing ongoing website and omni-channel metrics support and reporting actionable insights that inform our day-to-day e-commerce business.

Collaborating closely with the Digital Operations team members as well as business leads, this position will drive the development, packaging, and analysis of daily metrics and KPI reporting and provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on their Providing analytics support on eCommerce metrics and KPIs to improve overall customer experience and maximize sales.

  • Create and distribute dashboards that drive effective and actionable business decisions.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data and historical trends to find actionable insights and provide recommendations.
  • Leading efforts in planning, designing, and coordinating ongoing and ad hoc analysis projects for Website, Merchandising and Marketing Channel teams to provide insights into user behavior.
  • Analyze complex B2B data to provide A/B and multivariate recommendations as well as optimization measurement support.
  • Act as the digital analytics expert and advocate in the organization, offering regularly scheduled trainings to improve skills and capabilities within the Digital Operations team, to support our cross-training goals, and other Snap One groups
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for website data and analytics platforms, both technically and functionally, performing complex and challenging analytics efforts
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as product owners, channel leads, merchandising, product marketing managers, creative services and IT to identify tagging needs and reporting requirements to improve the implementation and usage of various digital analytics tools.
  • Monitor and audit GA4 tags on Snap One digital entities to make sure working as expected
  • Work with third party partners and manage data API integration (ex. D-Tools)
  • Staying on top of current industry trends and best practices in analytics and champion the future-state vision and its roadmap
  • Support the maintenance and development of the web analytics platforms, work with Technology team to maintain data collection and integrity, identify gaps in the data capture strategy; and provide data tracking and implementation requirements for new technical or tagging enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years relevant work experience within the area of analytics or business intelligence experience or 4 years relevant work experience within the area of analytics or business intelligence experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) must be a power user.
  • Familiar with Google Signals cross-device tracking touchpoints
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager must be a power user.
  • Experience in website page tagging and report development with analytics and customer insight tools.
  • Familiar with digital experience intelligence tools such as FullStory that provide critical insights.

Preferred qualifications

  • Excellent skills in working with raw clickstream data, from Data Warehouse, in tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake
  • A/B Testing and optimization practice and measurement
  • Hands on with tag implementing and debugging
  • Experience with Voice of Customer tools
