Customer Service Administrator

JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Service Administrator is the individual responsible for assisting the Customer Service team with administrative tasks including front desk support.
The Customer Service Administrator will handle various clerical tasks, including but not limited to:
·Monitoring customer emails and assigning them to the appropriate CSR.
·Scanning and emailing receipt of goods documents
·Reviewing registration requests from company website
·Printing credit documents for management authorization
·Provide general clerical assistance to managers and CSRs.
·Replying to simple customer requests sent via email.
·Setting up new accounts in Impress.
·Credit Card Processing
·Review web registration requests
·Preparing President’s Thank you letters
·Occasional order entry
Front desk duties include
·Greeting guests and visitors.
·Paging/Contacting associates as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess:
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•The ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
•Possess a friendly demeanor.
•Effective time management skills to meet daily deadlines
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and
REQUIREMENTS
•High School Diploma.
•High proficiency in Excel skills and strong computer skills
