We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and experienced RN / LPN Unit Manager at a premier nursing facility in Smyrna, DE!
The right candidate for this position will have experience managing a Long-Term Care Unit. This person will have to be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Must be very detailed oriented!
The successful candidate for this position will have:
- Experience working in a Rehab facility or Long-Term care facility
- Excellent work history in the long-term care industry
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Committed to team-oriented outcomes and quality care
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education/Experience
- Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or nursing Facility.
- Must possess a current, Registered Nurse or LPN License.
