Human Resources Director Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
- Maintain employee records.
- Responsible for the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates.
- Perform orientations and update records of new and current staff.
- Support other assigned functions.
