Capitol City Rehab & Healthcare Center, a dynamic 360-bed skilled nursing facility, is currently seeking a Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) for an internship at our facility, located in Washington, DC.
The ideal candidate for the Administrator in Training (AIT) position is self-motivated to learn the key leadership roles of the nursing home administrator. An effective AIT will be comfortable in a role that demonstrates leadership in ensuring that care standards are met and that quality resident care is provided at all times. An AIT must be an effecive communicator with a drive towards continuous improvement. The AIT will be prepared to cycle through all facility departments as required to learn all aspects of care delivery in a skilled nursing facility.
