We are looking for a mature, responsible, someone with professional demeanor, excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile . We have 1 open positions. Part time . 2 days a week. Hiring ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Looking for someone who is able to take charge of social media accounts and create content for medical spa.
-Maintain an orderly and professional working atmosphere.
-Properly dressed according to the approved dress code.
-Adhere to guidelines concerning working hours and break periods.
-Demonstrate support to others by offering help.
-As a Team player able to come up with a solution to a problem perceived.
-Maintain professional standards and procedures ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Company policies and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES-
-Skill in using common office equipment, including computers and comprehensive knowledge of Word, Excel.
-Skill in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, other staff and the general public.
-Strong ability for problem-solving and conflict resolution skills when handling patient complaints; refers patient complaints to appropriate designated personnel as needed
-Good telephone manners and etiquette.
-Good oral and written communication skills in English.-Detail orientation and organization.
-Social media marketing experience a plus!'

Main duty will be creating social media content and posting. But we need someone who will be willingly to help other staff if and when needed.
