Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located in Green Springs, OH is looking for reliable, hard working individuals to fill two Part-time Dietary Aide positions.

Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located in Green Springs, Ohio is a beautiful healthcare campus that strives to have an unparalleled reputation for programs, services, and exceptional care!

• The hours are:

• 6am-230pm; 2 days a week; every other weekend and holiday rotation.- Temproary with possiblity of permanant placement

• 330pm-730pm druing the week and 11am-730pm every other weekend; 3 days a week, every other weekend and holiday rotation

• On the job training

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• * Follow all food procedures in accordance with facility policy and/or direction.

• * Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.

• * Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.

• * Prepare food, etc., in accordance with sanitary regulations as well as with our established policies and procedures.

• * Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• *Clean work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, etc.

• * Sweep and mop floors as directed.

• * Carry soiled utensils, etc., to wash area.

• * Wash and clean utensils as directed.

• * Return clean utensils to proper storage areas.

• * Carry out garbage and keep work areas clean, dry and free of hazardous equipment, supplies, etc.

• * Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc., as instructed.

• * Assist cook in preparing meals.

• * Distribute and collect menus as necessary.

• * Assist in checking diet trays before distribution.

• * Deliver food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas.

• * Serve food in dining areas as instructed.

• * Report all hazardous conditions/equipment to your supervisor immediately.

• * Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor on the shift in which they occur.

• * Ensure that food and supplies for the next meal are readily available.

• * Assist in inventorying and storing in-coming food, supplies, etc., as necessary.

• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
