Description
The Columbia Community is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to join our growing ministry. This position will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing programs and services for residents with dementia as well as providing a therapeutic environment for the Alzheimer’s Special Care Unit. This role will be vital in maintaining each resident’s highest level of physical, social, and physiological well-being.
