Job Summary:

The Valet department plays an important role in providing a hospitable atmosphere for all members, guests, and residents of the property. Customer service is a significant component of the job. Our team performs various hospitality operations that are listed below.

Responsibilities include:
· Valet attendants work with and report to the Operations Manager.

· Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner at the front of the establishment.

· Opening car doors, collecting keys, and giving customers their pick up ticket.

· Parking vehicles safely and retrieving them when members return.
· Keeping the guests' keys safe and organized so that retrieving their vehicle can be done efficiently.

· Assisting Suite check-in processes.

· Interacting with and helping all members and guests, providing excellent customer service.

· Maintaining a neat and professional appearance, with constant mental alertness and attention to detail.

Qualifications and skills:

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Must have obtained a High School Diploma at the minimum or equivalent.

· Must possess a driver's license per state requirements.

· Must have excellent interpersonal skills along with good oral and written communication.

· Must be able to handle/lift various packages and climb ladders.

· Must be neat, dedicated, detail oriented and organized with the ability to remain flexible and adapt well while remaining calm in stressful situations.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
