Customer Service Associate
Job Description:
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues with the Premier USA, Inc. brand in the Muskogee, OK market. The CSA will be responsible for interacting with our customers, vendors, and other internal team members to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. The CSA will be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, and providing support to our customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of customer service experience required.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingual Spanish English language skills a plus.
