At Premier Pediatric Therapy Source our Occupational, Physical, Speech and Nutrition programs are serving more children and have more therapists than ever. We have expanded our physical space in Annandale, VA to better address the growing therapy needs within the community and this exciting growth, and our commitment to best practice is requiring the addition of an outgoing and experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team.
In this PRN position, you will have the opportunity to support children and families with receiving continuity of care during provider absences as well as through conducting initial evaluations, as needed.

- Family-centered care within our state-of-the-art clinic with a wide array of treatment resources including 4 gyms and multiple individual therapy rooms to address children's therapeutic needs.

- Open communication across all levels of management.
- Weekly team activities and regular celebrations help us have fun, get to know each other, and build trust and strong relationships.
- Ability to share your talents and ideas within a supportive and collaborative group of dedicated team members.
- Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- Active Virginia State Licensure in good standing.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with the pediatric population as a Physical Therapist preferably in an outpatient clinic setting and comfortable working with children 0-8 years.
- Proficient in the ability to determine medical necessity based on informal assessment measures.
- Basic computer experience (Microsoft Office, Internet, Electronic Medical Record, etc.).
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Completion of Background Check.
- Negative TB Test.
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status.
