Job Summary

The ERP Business Systems Analyst is responsible for delivering best in class experiences for our Customers, Staff and Business Partners. Reporting to the ERP Manager, the Business Systems Analyst will be an essential leader in driving business Information Technology strategies that allow Premier to maintain its exceptional quality in product delivery and automation.

Essential Job Functions

• Knowledgeable of the different functional areas within Epicor, including quoting, sales order processing, purchasing, inventory, fabrication, shipping and logistics, receiving, and finance.
• Provides basic level of technical and user support for the aforementioned modules.
• Creates BPM (Business Process Management) scripts within Epicor to help streamline the software according to business needs.
• Develops BAQ (Business Activity Queries) scripts to extract data from Epicor for user-based dashboards, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Creates DMT (Data Migration Tool) scripts to import and export data to and from Epicor to solve business needs.
• Supports third-party software that integrates with Epicor 10/Kinetic, such as Avalara, BarTender, 1EDISource, or DocStar.
• Creates/Modifies SSRS reports to fit the document needs of CTI’s users/customers.
• Performs other basic hardware/software support within the IT department.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business or systems analyst position.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience using Epicor 10/Kinetic.
• Must be able to work with confidential financial information.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in business analyst role
• Experience with administration of ERP system
• High proficiency with SQL language
• High proficiency with .Net application development (C#, Entity Framework)
• Analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to perform a variety of analyses
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Practical experience generating process documentation
• Experience in a Windows-based environment is required.
