We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Palm Beach County team. The successful candidate will be responsible for buying and selling properties for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation and communication skills, be highly organized and possess a strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate properties to determine their value and marketability
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote properties
- Negotiate and coordinate contracts between buyers and sellers
- Prepare and present offers, purchase contracts, and other documents
- Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and trends
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Network with other agents, brokers, and investors
- Manage client inquiries and follow-up
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record in selling real estate
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local real estate market and trends
- Valid real estate license
