Overview:

Looking for an Interim Customer Service Representative to work 25 hours/week on average. Client is the Agricultural industry with a number of related products and solution offerings. Days of the week can be flexible (Monday-Friday) as well as some flexibility with length of shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide fast and efficient Tier 1 customer service to business partners, dealers and end users
• Redirect incorrectly routed cases submitted in the region to Priority Support
• Work closely with Priority Support for technical support and product issues
• Provide input to team and manager on competitive products and activities
• Completion of special projects & tasks
• Provide Presentation of Key Experiences at the end of internship.

Recommended Skills & Experience:

• Experienced with Microsoft office applications
• Must be comfortable with learning new computer applications
• Customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role
• Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent in English, and other languages a plus
• Ability to collaborate with team members both in person and virtually (email, phone, conference calls)
• Must be a team player and be able to leverage resources through sound organizational skills and teamwork
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• Must demonstrate and project a high level of energy and enthusiasm

Highly Desired:

• Candidates currently pursuing their undergraduate degree or in the second year of their associate’s program in business, Ag Business or Ag field.
• Prior experience working in Ag field or having an Ag related background

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
