Preferred Search is Hiring a LPN (overnights) Near Fairborn, OH
Preferred Search Group is currently hiring an overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in Fairborn, OH. Pay for this position is dependent on experience, between $27-30/hour.
Working hours: 7:00PM - 7:00AM (3 days a week)
Responsibilities:
- Taking a recording temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Giving comfort, grooming, hygiene needs and diet management
- Collecting specimens, patient activities, passing medications, reordering medications as needed, safeguard equipment and supplies, and checks equipment apparatus or appliances furnished to resident in the course of treatment
- Maintaining and ensuring that all documentation is completed before end of shift which includes but not limited to: incident reports, daily nursing notes, Med Sheets, etc.
Qualifications:
- Current OH LPN license
- 6 months of nursing experience, minimum
