Your role at PFH:

As the Behavior Technician you will be responsible for direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans to assist in teaching communication, social and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in home and community settings of clientele.

You will:

• Implements behavioral interventions and follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeking out appropriate consultation as necessary.
• Collects data as outlined by supervising BCBA and may conduct indirect functional assessments and provide support as necessary.
• Effectively communicates with treatment team members regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Healthcare Professional (QHCP).
• Performs general clerical duties including maintaining accurate client records.
• Collects, records, and summarizes data based on observable client behaviors.
• Assists in maintaining up-to-date graphs, summarizing and calculating data utilizing technological programs.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or national equivalent.
• Experience with developmental disability and mental health populations preferred.
