Preferred Apartment Communities is currently accepting applications for a Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator will provide a wide range of contractual support along with customer service to the Risk Management, Asset Engineering, Marketing, Corporate Support Operations, and Transitions teams. While working with those departments, including specifically Vice Presidents, Directors of Facilities, Regional Managers and Business Managers, you will be responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts that involve property management services, construction management services, the purchase or sale of goods or services, procurement, consulting services, marketing and other legal instruments used by and relied upon by Preferred Apartment Communities in the operation of its business. This role requires an understanding and knowledge of the methods by which PAC runs its business and the needs of the internal and external clients impacted by these legal instruments. The Contract Administrator will be a key asset to the VP, Risk Management & Corporate Counsel on all contract issues. Attention to detail and strong writing skills are essential to the performance of this position.
