Summary
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for managing, planning and administering the Company’s employee benefits programs, including health, life, disability, 401k, FSA and workers’ compensation programs. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience and expertise, knows how benefit plans work inside and out, is comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, and enjoys working with employees to answer questions and solve problems.
