Precision Medicine Group is Hiring a Remote Account Supervisor, Consumer

Are you a multitasking rockstar with consumer experience and a heart for clients? Do you appreciate big picture thinking but have a deep understanding of the details? And would it be safe to say that you never, ever let them see you sweat? If so, this remote Account Supervisor - Consumer position could be for you.

About You
You thrive in environments that are creative, collaborative and no one day is the same. You think on your feet, never take no for an answer and all your clients are on speed dial. You can pick apart a white paper, share the client's vision and review new website content - all in a day’s work. You're in the thick of it - engaging with all departments, all the time - and loving it.

  • Act day-to-day lead on key consumer accounts.
  • Develop and execute with minimal outside guidance both strategic and tactical PR plans based on client goals and objectives.
  • Effectively troubleshoots issues that arise with accounts
  • Have and maintain strong rapport and trust with client contacts, consumer media, and industry personnel
  • Conducts periodic check-ins with client to obtain feedback on agency performance
  • Demonstrate more senior-level leadership responses to client challenges
  • Demonstrate mastery of junior account responsibilities and provides training and oversight on all as needed
  • Engages clients in discussions about market challenges and opportunities, specifically those that can be addressed by communications
  • Have or develop deep familiarity with client’s market, including disease state, treating clinicians and influencers and their corresponding professional societies, competitive companies and technologies, and current and future state of treatment
  • Identifies formulate plans to extend inline business with existing clients; negotiates contracts with the guidance from Group Account Director or Group Account Supervisor
  • Responsible for billing and invoicing responsibility
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5 years agency or in-house PR experience.
  • Proven ability to execute programs that have met and/or exceeded stated metrics and analytics
  • Must have strong writing ability – preferably AP and AMA style.
  • Requires ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage large work flow within time constraints
  • Must possess strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team player are critical
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Should possess solid presentation skills both virtual and live.
  • Ability to travel

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Other Required:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Internet
  • 3-5 years of agency experience

Preferred:

  • Pharma/healthcare agency experience
