Precision Locating, LLC is seeking a General Manager to join our growing team! This position will lead and oversee the entire operations of our company, which has two divisions, installation services for telecom services and locating services for underground utilities.

The General Manager will be responsible for providing effective and positive leadership, ensuring excellent quality of work, customer satisfaction, company growth, and profitability. This position will work closely with employees and customers to maintain internal and external satisfaction with the company and will report directly to the Board of Directors

This position can be located from any of these areas in Minnesota: Perham, St. Cloud, or the Twin Cities.

What you bring:

• Demonstrated effective leadership skills, 5 years experience preferred
• High level of business acumen
• Experience in budgeting, billing, and financial tracking responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and cooperate with others for the betterment of all parties
• Registered Power Limited Technician (PLT) preferred
• Firm understanding of underground utility construction
• Firm understanding of telecom services installation
• Excellent technology skills to use tools such as Excel, Word, Google Drive Suite, mobile apps, tablets, and cellphones
• 2-year degree in Business, Telecom, or related field
• Clear background and driving record
• Willingness to work indoors (in customers' homes and businesses) and outdoors
