QUALITY MANAGER

• • The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all requirements of the ISO Quality System standard are implemented and maintained.
  • Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the Quality Control process (Includes customer specification implementation as relates to sampling, testing and reporting results-COA per shipment).
  • Plans, organizes and controls all activities of Quality Assurance (Technician daily auditing and document control data entry and reporting).
  • Maintains and controls all four levels of documentation: (Level 1-Quality Systems Manual, Level 2- Standard Procedures, Level 3- Work Instructions and Level 4- Quality Records).
  • Manages and implements the Internal Systems Audits (Quality, Environmental and Safety) through scheduling, carrying out, reporting and following up.
  • Schedules and maintains results of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
  • Provides Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) for customer returns.
  • Holds an annual Quality Management Review with Top Management (audit results, customer feedback, process performance, status of corrective and preventive actions, follow up from previous review, needs for changes to QMS and recommendations for improvement).
  • Ensure Micrometer calibration is carried our per schedule (twice yearly)
  • Must be able to pass a BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST
