Strategy Director

What you will be doing:

• Strategy Director will work with the VP of Business Development & Strategy to develop and implement strategy to drive growth for the company. This will include:
  • Collaboration with CTO, Solutions Architects, and Technical Leaders to develop technical strategy necessary to achieve goals
  • Collaboration with Capture Director and proposal organization to develop and implement win strategies for captures
  • Collaboration with Operations Organization to gather relevant information that feeds into the strategy and to provide actionable plans to Operations to support that supports the strategy
• Will develop, write, and review technical solutions for complex proposals within technology area.
• Will analyze customer requirements and develop differentiating technical solutions.
• Will serve as part of Leadership Team, contributing to business decisions and employee engagement activities 

Ideal Candidate, will have:

• Experience in a technical leadership role of a major program or project, serving as the primary technical interface to customers.
• Experience gathering feedback from key technical resources to create technical solutions to customer requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills demonstrated across technical exchange meetings, customer presentations, white papers, and proposals.
• Experience leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring technical staff.

What you need:

• BS degree in an engineering or technical field
• At least 10 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience developing, writing, and reviewing technical solutions for complex proposals within technology area.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze customer requirements and develop differentiating technical solutions.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to apply strategic thinking and frameworks to achieve growth goals, translating strategies into actionable plans.
• Ability to apply design thinking methodologies to improve customer intimacy, increase bid pWins and achieve operational innovation.
• Ability to future-proof the organization through a strategy that will deliver sustained growth and competitive value.
• Ability to help assess current strategy to identify opportunities and threats and plan for organizational growth.

Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with an appropriate polygraph is required to be considered for this role
