We are looking for a full time Activity Assistant to join our team and provide support to our Activity Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with planning and organizing activities for our residents, such as arts and crafts, games, music, and more. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with seniors and adults with disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities for residents.
• Assist in the development of individualized activity plans for each resident.
• Lead group activities such as arts and crafts, music, and games.
• Monitor residents during activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain records of resident participation in activities.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities that are tailored to their interests and abilities.
• Drive the facility van for outings & assist the activities director to load and unload the van if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
