The Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Reports to Head of Talent Acquisition
  • This position does not require in-office presence, WFH arrangements are available to U.S. based candidates only
  • Non-Exempt

Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Provides direct support in the execution of a wide variety of marketing and branding initiatives
  • Assists and supports a positive and professional applicant experience
  • Will be responsible for assessing, hiring, and onboarding experienced tax, audit, assurance, advisory and practice support professionals
  • They will partner with leadership to develop recruiting strategies for identifying, attracting, and engaging talent for this growing public accounting firm
  • Act as the liaison to ensure internal and external messaging is consistent and strategic
  • Manage Alumni Group including website and events
  • Manage Seasonal Internship Program including Campus Recruiting
  • Manage career fairs including booth setup and giveaways (virtual)
  • Manage the message and strategy of the Intranet (SharePoint)
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team with tasks relating to full cycle recruiting for experienced hires, including the development, tailoring and implementation of a proactive recruitment strategy based on the concept of pipelining and nurturing relationships with qualified candidates for current and future opportunities

    • Initial resume screening
    • Scheduling candidates with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
  • Promoting employee referral programs, internal opportunities for current team members and developing relationships with alumni and friends of the firm
  • Conduct new hire orientation and on-boarding (virtual) and new hire activities related to new employees joining firm including compliance related tasks
  • Conducting competitive research on market trends and providing direction to improve HR processes in relation to recruiting and retention

Qualifications, Education & Special Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of recruiting experience; professional services or consulting industry experience preferred
  • Some experience highly preferred with full-cycle recruitment process including: assisting with workforce planning, preparing, and posting job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, ability to leverage data to make recommendations to leaders, focus on quality and OFCCP and EEOC compliance and adjusting strategy as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, Human Resources, Marketing & Learning and Development teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Advanced-level software knowledge: Microsoft Office programs, iCIMS, Quantum, LinkedIn, Clearview Social, and related software is highly preferred
