PPG is Hiring an Account Development Manager Near Frisco, TX
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- High school diploma required with 3 years of previous sales experience with stellar customer service acuity.
- Higher-level education degree in a business-related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is highly sought after.
- Daily travel within assigned territory; must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer accounts by keeping up to date with current promotions, new products, and current customer service practices to find opportunities for growth.
- Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, and accounts with growth potential, and understand existing businesses and the segments they serve.
- Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
- Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers’ needs are met or exceeded.
- Facilitate timely and accurate customer quotes to achieve margin targets in alignment with PPG pricing strategies.
