This hybrid Executive Assistant, based at PowerSchool headquarters in Folsom, CA, will handle a wide range of executive support related tasks and is able to work independently with little or no supervision. The Executive Assistant must be exceptionally organized, have the ability to pivot quickly if needed and produce original ideas and strategies. While reporting to the Sr. Executive Support Manager the Executive Assistant will interact with PowerSchool's Chief Executive staff, senior management, and other team members in a highly, fast-paced office environment. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to the Executive Assistant role.

A reasonable estimate of the annualized based compensation range for this position is $80,000-$85,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
