Currently we are seeking a candidate to join our Construction Services Sales team as a Production Manager.

SUMMARY

The Production Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of a Temporary Power department within an area. They oversee the installation crews as well as the administrative staff and are also responsible for scheduling and billing. Successful candidates have high capacity and are able to fluctuate between highly tactical and strategic.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interview and hire staff for field and office positions.
  • Perform annual performance reviews for staff.
  • Ensure all work is scheduled and completed daily.
  • Oversee dispatch, billing, mapping, and permitting to ensure work can be completed and billed.
  • Meet on site with customers as required.
  • Review P&L statements monthly and prepare variance reports.

COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Management/Supervisory experience (3 to 5yrs. min.)
  • Scheduling and/or dispatch experience (1 yrs.)
  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
  • Experience in electrical or construction industries very strongly preferred.
