Power Equipment Direct Inc. is Hiring a Digital Sales Representative Near Bolingbrook, IL

Job Description: Job Description Power Equipment Direct offers a comprehensive compensation package. As an Inside Sales Representative, you would earn a competitive base salary, starting at $18, with additional potential to earn more with our performance-based sales reward. This role offers a high level of remote flexibility, allowing you to work virtually up to 90% of the time once you complete training. Training is provided virtually, except for up to 1-2 days per week when you would be onsite at our Bolingbrook, IL office for hands on training. Essential Responsibilities & Duties: Interact with customers contacting our Inside Sales Center by phone and electronically. NO COLD CALLING required. Consult with customers to aid in the appropriate selection and purchase of merchandise that meet their needs. Secure sales by effectively answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and value add services. Continually enhance your sales and customer service skills and your product knowledge to increase the level of support you provide our customers. Work with colleagues from across the company to ensure a great customer experience from the shopping process through delivery. Resolve issues and concerns regarding sales and customer service. Perform all work in accordance with established safety standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations and procedures. Participate in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management. Maintain quality score and other performance metrics communicated by management. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have prior sales/customer service experience, preferably in power equipment, plumbing, and/or HVAC (but not required). Be a goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with an ambition to succeed. Desire and ability to learn quickly. Demonstrate the aptitude to build rapport and trust with their customers. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, conveying professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy. Thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment by multi-tasking, efficiently utilizing all tools and resources, maintaining exceptional time management and organizational skills.
